The intake tech seemed unhappy to answer questions, I was told the shuttle couldn’t take me for 40 minutes, there is nowhere to work in your waiting area - only couches in front of a TV, and my infotainment system still glitches

Our team completed your 10,000-mile VW Care service, performed a recall update, and applied a software update to address your infotainment concern. If the system is still glitching, we’d genuinely like the opportunity to look into it further. The update was intended to resolve the issue, but additional diagnostics may be needed if symptoms persist. Your power window concern was inspected, but no issue could be duplicated at the time. Regarding the tire rotation — it is not included in VW’s standard 10K maintenance unless specifically requested or offered through a promotion. We do provide courtesy transportation, including Lyft, when appropriate. In this case, your vehicle was scheduled for routine service with a relatively short turnaround time, so alternate arrangements may not have been warranted. And while our waiting area may not double as a co-working space, we do our best to keep it clean, comfortable, and convenient — couches and all. We appreciate your loyalty to the Volkswagen brand and are always here if you need anything further.
