Thank you for your feedback. Your visit was for scheduled maintenance, which included a safety inspection, oil and filter change, battery test, tire rotation, topping off of fluids, and a tire rotation. Our technician also recommended a battery replacement based on the tester indicating a battery failure, which you approved and we completed. No specific issue or concern was mentioned to us at the time of service. If there was a problem that required diagnosis, it would have needed to be communicated to us during your visit so we could address it properly. The maintenance was completed as outlined and to VW standard. Leaving a vague comment suggesting otherwise, without explanation or follow-up, can give a misleading impression to others. If you believe something was overlooked, please let us know as we’re happy to take another look. Otherwise, we stand behind the service that was performed.

I would like the car to be more cleaner if it's going to be washed.
