Thank you for your feedback. The oil change reminder should have been reset during your visit — we’re happy to correct that at your convenience if it hasn't already been addressed. We do not offer free tire rotations or patching because we are not a tire retailer. We are a Volkswagen repair and service center, and our tire services are billed accordingly. While tire shops may bundle these services, our focus is on manufacturer-trained repairs, maintenance, and inspections to Volkswagen standards.
