It is not superior service if you have to pay for your tires to be rotated when you have a 10,000 mile check up. Really? I don't remember the last time I had to pay separately for that service when my initial service was included in my vehicle purchase.

The complimentary 10,000-mile service covers only an oil and filter change, multi-point inspection, and brake inspection as outlined by Volkswagen. These details are reviewed at the time of vehicle purchase, though it’s understandable that not every customer remembers all of the specifics. Our team performed the scheduled service exactly as Volkswagen requires, and we are proud of the thorough, professional care provided during your visit.
