I drop my car off and was told it'll be 3 hours - I had to call to find out why I haven't received an update on my car after 4 hours had past. It just seemed like the customer service wasn't as good as I've experienced at other places. If my car wasn't going to be ready after 3 hours, the customer service rep should have called me to explain in detail, not me having to call to see if my car was ready.

I went in originally for my TPMS light issue. It was taken care of quickly and the service manager noticed that I was close to my 10k oil change and was able to get me on the schedule and back out within the hour.

I reported a rattling sound coming from the left rear door that I noticed soon as I bought the car. The McDaniels technician/mechanic or supervisor test drove the car and concluded they could not hear any noise. It occurs on certain road surface textures. Apparently the road they used did not produce the noise I hear.

Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately, it is oftentimes difficult to reproduce customer complaints related to suspension noises. It's not that we don't think the issue exists, we have to be able to duplicate an issue in order to address it.
