Little disappointed that I have to return to the dealer to reset the service reminder, since they didn’t after my service, have to take additional time off work to complete what they forgot to complete.

For the second time, I took my vehicle in for service and got it returned to me with some type of additional service needing done. No one contacted for additional service and I didn't find out until picking up my vehicle. At which point I'm then informed I can make an additional appointment.

We apologize for falling short of expectations. This was your first visit here. Your CEL was on and you had a recall. We repaired the CEL under warranty and completed the recall. There are no additional recommendations. The service light you mentioned indicates that it's time for an oil change and we do not control when it comes on.
