I can say that the service was average, it was 30,000 miles pre-paid service but only oil change was pre paid rest all is paid, even Air filter change & Tyre rotation. My advise to all new buyers of Volkswagen vehicles should never opt for Prepaid service as they will end up paying for everything except oil change which you will get outside for $50.

Ian and the rest of the team at McDaniels VW were extremely helpful, efficient, and effective. The GLI I wanted to test drive was promptly brought out of the showroom and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Ian answered all my questions during the test drive and enabled me to test drive another vehicle for a comparison. There was no pressure to make a sale during or after the test drive. When I decided to make the purchase, the deal was great and the entire team did their part. I'd absolutely recommend McDaniels VW to others.
