    I had paid for a tire rotation and when I went to my car I noticed this to be incomplete. You see, I had the tires marked with different valve stem covers. The service advisor checked with the "new" tech and he claimed he didn't see the request. The car went back in the garage and no later than 15 minutes passed. There was no road film on the front caps so I am concerned that the valve caps were just switched? This experience makes me question the integrity when I count on services that I am paying for are completed Although perhaps an honest mistake, if I didn't have two different valve cover colors, you would have taken money from me for services that I paid for, and not done.

However, as you mentioned, it was an honest mistake that we promptly addressed by having two technicians collaborate to adjust your tire pressures, rotate the tires, and reset your TPMS. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right.

    Service staff was pleasant and helpful. Service took longer than I had initially been advised. It would be helpful if the TV worked while waiting for car service.

    Thank you for the feedback! The TV in our lounge does work. It's just like at your house though, sometimes the guests misplace the remote and we have to go searching for it. Don't hesitate to say something to us next time you're in for service if you're having trouble with the TV.

    The placement of sensative componentes against an open bumper will not prevent future debri such as a small rock from damaging the same componente in the future. Poor quality and manufacture location. I will never purchase or advise anyone on purchasing a brand new VW.

The client mentioned that the work performed did not correct the issue. We did not perform any work as the client declined repairs because they were not due to a manufacturer defect and as such were not covered under the New Limited Vehicle Warranty.
