The appointment timeline wasn't great. No loner car is a big inconvenience especially driving in from across town because you provide the best service of the VW Dealers in town. I understand that VW Brand is the quintessential embodiment of a middle class vehicle, but I and some people expect middle class luxury vehicle with the service, but I have to set expectation management.

We were told that our right rear tire had a nail in it and that we would have to buy a new tire. We took our vehicle to a local tire shop they removed it and found a little 1/4" cylinder of metal stuck between to treads not stuck into the tire. We saved a perfectly good Pirelli and 400.00 on a tire we didn't need. Never will we go to McDaniels again

Thank you for your feedback. We had recommended visiting one of the nearby tire centers for a thorough assessment of your tire, where they may be able to patch it if necessary. As we mentioned previously, we are not tire specialists and, therefore, are only authorized to replace tires, not patch them.
