Thank you for bringing your vehicle in and allowing us the opportunity to inspect your concerns. During your visit, our service team corrected the component protection issue affecting the infotainment system, and while we followed your direction to attempt to duplicate the random horn honk, the condition did not present itself during our testing. I do want to clarify that your comments regarding dishonesty by a salesman or sales manager do not reflect the service visit you had with us. Our service department is committed to ensuring vehicles leave in the same or better condition than when they arrive, and our advisors and technicians take pride in the level of care provided. If your concern is with a sales experience, I encourage you to connect directly with our sales management team so they can address it with you.

Clarify service requirements. this would be preferable before arrival or at least when present at the service desk. Training in customer service, with focus on politeness and courteous would be appreciated. My car has approximately 25000 miles on it. It seemed counter intuitive to suggest to have a 40000 mile service performed.

Volkswagen maintenance is due by time or mileage, whichever comes first. While this vehicle shows about 25,000 miles, as a 2021 model it is due for the 40,000-mile service by time, which is why our team made that recommendation. The customer chose instead to proceed with a quick lube and a diagnostic for slow radio station loading, both of which were completed. Our staff provided accurate information, clear options, and completed the requested work. We stand by the professionalism and courtesy of our team, and future customers can be confident they will receive the same level of service and respect at every visit.
